The soundtrack to this well received genre flick was produced by Nine Inch Nails' Danny Lohner. it features lots of todays dark rock artists... if we can call them like that. This album is basically a collection of collaboration by some very good artists. The opening track 'Awakening' by The Damning Well (featuring former Limp Bizbit Wes Borland) sets the mood for the rest of the album.
We get 19 tracks with everyone from Puscifer's 'REV 22:30' which features Maynard James Keenan and Lohner himself to David Bowies 'Bring Me The Disco King'. There is also Skinny Puppy, A Perfect Circle, Dillinger Escape Plan, Finch and others. Actress Milla Jovovich's new band, simply call Milla deliver one of the moodiest track on the disc. Guests and performers include Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante, Helmet's Page Hamilton and Concrete Blonde's Johnette Napolitano.
The album is very atmospheric and perfectly works within the realms of UNDERWORLD. The production is top notch. The disc comes with a nice 6 pages booklet.
