The undead are back! Argenta (Claire Westby) is forced to kill her companion from the first film, Shahrokh (Paul Pedrosa), in the opening scene. Most of the original cast are gone. The kick ass, sex freak Nemesis (Alison Therriault) is also back along with a new rockabilly played by Stephen Eng. They've been trying to survive in the wasteland for over a year now. One day while wandering around, they meet a young woman who was fighting a zombie. The woman tells them that she knows a place where they will be safe... our friends make the unfortunate mistake to follow her.
Soon they arrive at a very DAY OF THE DEAD-esque military compound led by Bill Willhelm (Rob Nesbitt). Bill is a former motivational speaker with a very radical goal in mind. If they can't kill the zombies, with not use them as food! For him and his loyal followers, it is the main goal for survival. There's one catch though, if you don't follow his "facist" mentality you aren't worth living.
As you can guess, Argenta is not for this system. Along with Nemesis they now must stand again both Bill's fanatics and the living dead in what will be one hell of a fight.
Made with less money then the first one, this time around $1800, Brian Clement is back with yet another superb no budget zombie flick! Sure this one as a more serious tone and it gives a more meaning to the title but Clement delivered once again a fun flick for genre fans. This sequel looks better then the first one, there's some very cool looking zombies, overall the cast is much better, Justing Hagberg's musical score is even creepier this time and yeah there's some nudity!
By the way there's a cool 18 minutes behind-the-scenes at the end of the film which shows us how much fun they had doing it and there's the trailer.
Thanks to Brian Clement
