COLOR OUT OF SPACE

A secluded farm is struck by a strange meteorite which has apocalyptic consequences for the family living there and possibly the world.

A visually stunning and twisted tale into H.P. Lovecraft's nirvana.

This RLJ Entertainment edition comes with two disc; a 4K SDR and a 1080p Blu-ray in a slip case cover. The movie was shot in 4K so the 2160p transfer looks marvelous with ultra vibrant colors, deep blacks and perfect color saturation. Sadly this is an SDR transfer and not an HDR (High Dynamic Range), which is disappointing and surprising considering just how colorful the film actually is. As for the sound, we get a loud, crisp and clear English DTS-HD 5.1 Master audio track with optional subtitles in English SDH and Spanish.

Both the 4K and Blu-ray contains the following extras; Hot Pink Horror: The Making of Color Out of Space, Deleted Scenes and Photo Gallery: The Gardner's Farm for a total of about 50 plus minutes.
